Barndominiums have quietly become one of the smartest ways to build on rural West Michigan land. You get the open, flexible footprint of a post-frame structure, the exterior of a traditional barn, and the interior finish of a high-end custom home — usually at a cost-per-foot that makes architects jealous.

We build them the right way: engineered post-frame structures, proper vapor and thermal control, plumbing and electrical sized for residential loads, and interiors finished to the same standard as any of our custom homes.
